Early to bed and early to rise
πππ Early to bed and early to rise is a very good habit✌ πfor innylife every one. Early to rise has many benefits. Early in the morn- ing our environment is clean and our mind is also clean and fresh. Therefore we can concentrate on our studies well and do more work. Also early riser has much more time at his disposal. Person who rise early is a healthy one. He has time to do exercise, go for a walk in fresh air. It helps persons to accumulate energy for the whole day.π We students must get up early without fail to study in the morning hours.π Most of the bright students are early risers. We must not forget that late risers have a definite dis- advantage. They lose their valuable time and do not have enough time during the day. They are deprived of the beauty of sunrise, fresh- ness of nature like lotus. The mind of man blooms with the early sun and wanes with sun set.π
